Other seller list these hard saddlebags for $128 without mounting hardware. The pair of NEW GA Hard Saddle Bags with Flip-open door and rotating lock covers. 

The outside dimensions is: 16.5" (L) by 7.5" (W) by 13" (H)

 Our mounting kit includes FOUR Universal mounting brackets along with grommets, sleeves and bolts.  

These Saddlebags can be mounted on any bike with side brackets.
